For Girls aged 8-12 years
Helping Girls Connect, Grow & Discover Who They Are
Now that children are back at school, they are once again navigating friendships, group dynamics, changing peer relationships, and the everyday social situations that come with a new school year.
Our Social Skills & Self-Discovery Group is a six-week small-group program for girls aged 8–12, offering a warm and supportive space to connect with peers, build confidence, and develop greater self-awareness.
Through guided activities, interactive discussions and real-world practice, girls will strengthen friendship and communication skills, emotional awareness and regulation, confidence, personal boundaries and self-respect—practical skills they can carry into school, friendships and everyday life.
The group begins September 26 and meets Saturdays from 4:30 to 6PM for six 90-minute sessions. Spaces are limited.
